Job Description: Job Title: Fashion Designer (3–6 Years Experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with 3–6 years of industry experience to develop innovative designs and manage collections from concept to sampling. Knowledge of print developments is required. Preferably, from a textile background. Key Responsibilities: Create original design concepts, mood boards, and seasonal collections Develop sketches, CADs, and tech packs for sampling Research trends, fabrics, colors, and market needs Coordinate with merchandisers, and sampling teams Oversee fittings and make design corrections Ensure timelines, quality, and cost targets are met Support photoshoots, styling, and collection presentations Requirements: 3–6 years of experience as a Fashion Designer Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field Strong knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, and construction Proficiency in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar) Strong communication and team coordination skills Skills: Creative vision with commercial sense Attention to detail Time management Trend forecasting Problem-solving
