1Acceptance of terms

1.1By creating an account on JobCrexa (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you (“Creator”, “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Creator’s Platform Guide, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.2If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and request account deletion by contacting us.

1.3These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JobCrexa. Your continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2Eligibility

2.1To register as a Creator on JobCrexa, you must meet all of the following requirements:

2.1.1Be at least 18 years of age;

2.1.2Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law;

2.1.3Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and KYC verification;

2.1.4Not be a person who has been previously suspended or permanently banned from JobCrexa;

2.1.5Reside in India or be subject to Indian jurisdiction for income earned through this Platform.

2.2By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any earnings.

3Creator account & approval process

3.1All creator applications are subject to manual review. JobCrexa reserves the right to approve, reject, or place on hold any creator application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

3.2Upon approval, you are granted a non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence may be revoked at any time for cause or at JobCrexa’s discretion.

3.3You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

3.4Any breach resulting from unauthorised account access due to your negligence is your responsibility.

4Creator activity & community participation policy

4.1General Participation Obligation

4.1.1To maintain a high-quality creator ecosystem, all registered JobCrexa Creators are required to remain active and engaged members of the JobCrexa Creator Community throughout the term of their creator account.

4.1.2Active participation includes, but is not limited to: regularly sharing active JobCrexa job opportunities with your audience, responding to mandatory platform announcements, participating in official polls and feedback requests, and complying with all Creator Program obligations.

4.1.3JobCrexa reserves the right to review any creator account at any time based on activity levels, community engagement, traffic quality, or any other platform-relevant criteria, at its sole discretion.

4.2Activity Requirements

4.2.1Creators are expected to respond to all mandatory announcements, polls, compliance notices, and platform updates issued through the JobCrexa Creator Community or dashboard.

4.2.2Creators are expected to share active JobCrexa job opportunities on a regular and consistent basis in accordance with the Creator Program guidelines.

4.2.3Creators must maintain engagement with the platform ecosystem, including reviewing dashboard updates and staying informed about policy or rate changes.

4.2.4Participation in official community polls and feedback sessions is considered mandatory when explicitly designated as such by JobCrexa.

4.3Grounds for Account Review

JobCrexa may initiate a formal review of any creator account based on any of the following circumstances:

4.3.1Failure to respond to mandatory announcements, compliance notices, or official polls;

4.3.2Extended or unexplained periods of account inactivity;

4.3.3Failure to share job opportunities regularly as required under the Creator Program;

4.3.4Violation of community guidelines or platform policies (see Section 5);

4.3.5Detection or suspicion of suspicious, fraudulent, or low-quality traffic generation;

4.3.6Any activity that, in JobCrexa’s reasonable assessment, is inconsistent with the standards of the Creator Program.

4.4Immediate Hold or Suspension on Suspicion

Critical — Immediate Action

4.4.1On any important compliance matter, policy concern, or reasonable suspicion of a policy violation — regardless of whether it is confirmed — JobCrexa may immediately place your creator account on hold or suspend it without any prior notice or warning.

4.4.2During an account hold, access to your dashboard, earnings, and creator links may be restricted until the matter is reviewed and resolved.

4.4.3The decision to place an account on hold or suspend it based on suspicion is made at JobCrexa’s sole and absolute discretion to protect the integrity of the platform and its partner ecosystem. No justification is required to be provided at the time of suspension.

4.5Inactivity-Based Permanent Suspension

Critical — No Notice Given

4.5.1If a Creator remains continuously inactive in the JobCrexa Creator Community for a period of seven (7) consecutive days or more — including failing to engage with mandatory communications, failing to share job opportunities, or failing to respond to direct notices — their creator account will be permanently suspended.

4.5.2Such suspension based on community inactivity will be carried out without any prior information, notification, or warning to the Creator.

4.5.3JobCrexa is not obligated to send a reminder, grace notice, or advance communication before executing an inactivity-based permanent suspension.

4.5.4Permanently suspended accounts due to inactivity are subject to the earnings forfeiture provisions set out in Section 14 of these Terms.

4.6Outcome Following Account Review

4.6.1Following a formal account review initiated under Clause 4.3, JobCrexa may, in its sole discretion, take any of the following actions:

4.6.1.1Reinstate the creator account, with or without conditions;

4.6.1.2Issue a formal written warning and require corrective action within a specified timeframe;

4.6.1.3Temporarily suspend the account pending further review;

4.6.1.4Permanently terminate the creator account with immediate effect.

4.6.2Any such action will be based on JobCrexa’s internal assessment and the need to maintain platform quality and partner relationship integrity.

4.6.3Creators subject to suspension or termination following a review shall be notified via their registered email address or dashboard where practicable, except in cases of inactivity-based suspension under Clause 4.5 or immediate hold under Clause 4.4.

5Community guidelines

5.1General Standards

5.1.1Every creator registered on JobCrexa is expected to uphold the standards of the JobCrexa Creator Community and contribute positively to the ecosystem.

5.1.2These Community Guidelines supplement and form part of the broader Terms & Conditions. A violation of these Guidelines is treated as a violation of the Terms and may result in enforcement action under Section 13.

5.2Required Conduct

Each Creator is expected to:

5.2.1Remain active and engaged within the JobCrexa Creator Community at all times;

5.2.2Participate in important platform announcements and all officially designated community polls;

5.2.3Share only active, verified JobCrexa job opportunities sourced through the Platform;

5.2.4Provide accurate, honest, and non-misleading descriptions of job opportunities in any content shared with their audience;

5.2.5Follow all publisher and advertiser guidelines applicable to the job listings they share;

5.2.6Respond to compliance communications from JobCrexa within the specified response window.

5.3Prohibited Community Conduct

In addition to the Prohibited Activities outlined in Section 11, Creators must not:

5.3.1Engage in or promote spam, unsolicited messaging, or incentivised sharing of JobCrexa links;

5.3.2Generate or knowingly allow fake clicks, bot traffic, VPN-simulated organic traffic, click-farm traffic, or any other artificial or incentivised click activity;

5.3.3Make false, exaggerated, or misleading claims about job roles, salaries, employers, application outcomes, or the JobCrexa platform;

5.3.4Engage in harassment, abuse, bullying, or threatening conduct toward any JobCrexa employee, fellow creator, partner, or user;

5.3.5Share, publish, or publicly disclose any confidential platform information including partner identities, payout rates, or internal operational data;

5.3.6Attempt to recruit other Creators or job seekers to any competing platform or service.

5.4Enforcement of Community Guidelines

5.4.1Violations of these Community Guidelines are subject to the enforcement tiers described in Section 13.

5.4.2Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination under Tier 3 enforcement without the issuance of a prior warning.

5.4.3JobCrexa reserves the right to modify these Community Guidelines at any time, with changes communicated through the Creator Community or dashboard.

6Platform services & job listings

6.1JobCrexa provides you with a unique creator tracking link for each job listing on the Platform. When your audience clicks your link and/or submits a job application through it, earnings may be credited to your account as described in Section 7.

6.2Job listings on JobCrexa are sourced from third-party job networks. JobCrexa does not itself post, verify, or guarantee any job listing, its accuracy, employer legitimacy, or ongoing availability. You share listings at your own discretion and accept that listings may be updated, removed, or expire at any time.

6.3JobCrexa may add, modify, remove, or temporarily suspend any feature, job listing, or part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

7How earnings work

7.1CPC (Cost Per Click): You earn a rate per genuine, billable click generated through your unique link. Only clicks classified as genuine by JobCrexa’s fraud-detection systems and confirmed as billable by our partner network are eligible for earnings credit.

7.2CPA (Cost Per Application): For CPA-model jobs, you earn a rate per confirmed job application submitted by a user through your link. Only applications confirmed as valid by our partner network within their review window are eligible.

7.3Earnings Verification & Partner Validation

7.3.1Earnings are verified through JobCrexa’s partner networks before becoming eligible for payout.

7.3.2Payments are released only after successful partner validation has been completed.

7.3.3Displayed earnings in your dashboard are estimates based on JobCrexa’s internal tracking and are subject to revision once our partner network finalises their billing cycle, typically within 1–3 business days.

7.3.4Your actual payout will always reflect the partner-confirmed figure, not the dashboard estimate.

7.4Rates per click or per application may vary by job and are shown on the relevant job listing at the time of sharing. JobCrexa reserves the right to modify rates prospectively with notice.

7.5Earnings Hold on Account Under Review

7.5.1If an account is under review due to suspected fraud, policy violations, or invalid traffic, payouts will be temporarily placed on hold until the review is completed.

7.5.2Verified legitimate earnings remain payable according to the applicable payout schedule once the review concludes without adverse findings.

7.5.3If the review results in a confirmed violation, withheld earnings will be forfeited in accordance with Section 14.

Important

Earnings are credited to your account only after JobCrexa receives payment from its partner network. JobCrexa will not advance or guarantee payment before receiving funds from its partners.

8Platform fee & commission

8.1JobCrexa deducts a platform service fee from your gross credited earnings before calculating your net payout. The applicable fee percentage is displayed transparently in your Earnings dashboard for every payout period.

8.2The default platform fee is 20% of your gross earnings. JobCrexa may adjust this fee for individual creators or as a platform-wide change; any such adjustment will be communicated to you and reflected in your dashboard before the next payout cycle.

8.3The platform fee covers the cost of fraud detection infrastructure, click tracking, partner network management, KYC verification, and platform operations.

9KYC & payout terms

9.1To receive any payout, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting accurate and genuine PAN card details, Aadhar card details, and bank account information. Payouts are made exclusively to the verified bank account on file.

9.2You warrant that all KYC documents and information you submit are authentic, accurate, and belong to you. Submission of fraudulent, forged, or third-party documents is a criminal offence and will result in:

9.2.1Immediate permanent account termination;

9.2.2Forfeiture of all credited and pending earnings;

9.2.3Potential reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

9.3Payouts are processed on a monthly cycle, typically on the 15th of each calendar month for the preceding month’s confirmed earnings. JobCrexa is not liable for delays caused by:

9.3.1Incorrect bank details provided by you;

9.3.2Bank processing delays; or

9.3.3Force majeure events.

9.4JobCrexa reserves the right to withhold or delay any payout while an investigation into suspected fraudulent activity associated with your account is ongoing. If the investigation confirms fraud, the withheld amount shall be forfeited.

9.5A minimum payout threshold applies. Earnings below the threshold will roll over to the following payout cycle. The current threshold is communicated in your dashboard.

10Tax responsibility

10.1You are an independent creator and not an employee of JobCrexa. You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling all tax obligations arising from earnings received through the Platform.

10.2Applicable taxes include but are not limited to:

10.2.1Income tax under the Income Tax Act, 1961;

10.2.2Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable; and

10.2.3Any other applicable Indian tax, cess, or levy.

10.3JobCrexa may deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) from your payout where legally required under applicable Indian tax law and will provide you with the relevant tax certificate. The net amount credited after TDS deduction is your payout.

10.4JobCrexa accepts no liability for any tax liability, penalty, or interest arising from your failure to comply with applicable tax laws.

11Prohibited activities

11.1The following activities are strictly prohibited on JobCrexa. Engaging in any of these activities — whether directly, indirectly, or by facilitating a third party — constitutes grounds for immediate enforcement action under Section 13:

11.1.1Fraudulent or artificial traffic: Generating clicks or applications through bots, scripts, automated tools, click farms, paid traffic services, VPN manipulation, IP rotation, proxy networks, incentivised clicking, or any other artificial means.

11.1.2Self-clicking: Clicking your own job links, whether personally or through associates, to inflate click counts.

11.1.3Coordinated click fraud: Organising groups of individuals to click links without genuine job-seeking intent for the purpose of inflating click counts.

11.1.4Misrepresentation: Misrepresenting the nature, salary, company, or requirements of a job listing in your content to increase clicks.

11.1.5System tampering: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, intercept, or tamper with JobCrexa’s tracking systems, fraud-detection mechanisms, or databases.

11.1.6Scraping: Using automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract job data, user data, or any other data from the Platform.

11.1.7Platform data misuse: Using any data, payout rates, job structures, or business processes learned through the Platform for any unauthorised commercial purpose.

11.1.8Account sharing or selling: Sharing, transferring, or selling your creator account or referral links to another person.

11.1.9Sub-affiliate networks: Creating sub-referral or sub-affiliate networks by recruiting other users to click under your link without genuine job-seeking intent.

11.1.10Harassment or abuse: Harassing, threatening, or abusing any JobCrexa employee, partner, or other user.

11.1.11Competing platform activity: Using the Platform while simultaneously operating or building a directly competing service, as defined in Section 15.

11.1.12False KYC: Submitting fraudulent identity or banking documents for KYC purposes.

11.1.13Disclosing confidential information: Sharing, publishing, or disclosing any confidential information about JobCrexa’s business model, partner identities, technical systems, or operational processes, as described in Section 16.

12Fraudulent traffic & fake click policy

12.1JobCrexa operates an automated real-time fraud detection system that continuously analyses all incoming traffic. Any click or application event classified as fraudulent, artificial, or non-genuine by our systems or by our partner network’s verification process will not earn credit and will be excluded from your payable earnings.

12.2What Constitutes Fraudulent Traffic:

12.2.1Clicks originating from bots, crawlers, automated scripts, or click-farms;

12.2.2Clicks from the same IP address in an unusually short time window;

12.2.3Clicks from datacenter IPs, proxy networks, or known VPN exit nodes used to simulate organic Indian traffic;

12.2.4Clicks from regions inconsistent with your stated audience demographics (e.g., non-India traffic on India-only campaigns);

12.2.5Any pattern of traffic that statistical analysis identifies as artificial, coordinated, or inconsistent with genuine human behaviour;

12.2.6Applications submitted by the same user or device repeatedly to inflate CPA counts.

12.3Enforcement on Detection:

Enforcement

If your account is found to be generating fraudulent, bot-driven, or artificially inflated traffic — whether intentionally or by negligence — the following actions will be taken:

12.3.1All earnings associated with fraudulent traffic shall be immediately forfeited in full;

12.3.2Any pending payout shall be withheld pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited upon confirmation;

12.3.3Your creator account shall be permanently suspended, with no right of appeal or reactivation;

12.3.4You shall be permanently banned from re-registering on JobCrexa under any identity;

12.3.5In cases of significant or willful fraud, JobCrexa reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies under applicable Indian law.

12.4Warning vs. Immediate Action: For minor first-time anomalies (e.g., a small number of duplicate clicks from your own device), JobCrexa may, at its sole discretion, issue a formal written warning before taking enforcement action. However, for significant, willful, or repeated violations — including but not limited to the use of bots, click farms, or paid traffic — JobCrexa reserves the right to suspend your account immediately and permanently without issuing any prior warning. The decision is made entirely at JobCrexa’s discretion based on the severity of the violation.

13Warning, suspension & enforcement policy

13.1JobCrexa employs a tiered enforcement framework for violations of these Terms. The applicable tier is determined solely by JobCrexa based on the nature, severity, and history of the violation.

13.2Tier 1 — Written Warning

13.2.1Issued for minor or first-time violations where there is no substantial financial harm and where the violation is likely unintentional.

13.2.2The warning will specify the nature of the violation and the corrective action required within a defined timeframe.

13.2.3A Tier 1 response does not preclude escalation if the violation continues or recurs.

13.3Tier 2 — Temporary Suspension

13.3.1Applied to repeat Tier 1 violations, moderately serious violations, or where an investigation is ongoing.

13.3.2During a temporary suspension, your account, dashboard access, and payout processing will be paused.

13.3.3If the investigation concludes without finding a material violation, your account will be reinstated.

13.3.4If a violation is confirmed, the case will be escalated to Tier 3.

13.4Tier 3 — Permanent Suspension & Account Termination

13.4.1Applied to severe violations including: confirmed use of fake or bot traffic; fraud in KYC documents; significant platform misuse; violation of the non-compete obligation; or willful breach of the confidentiality obligation.

13.4.2Permanent suspension is irreversible. Upon permanent suspension:

13.4.2.1All access to your account and dashboard is immediately revoked;

13.4.2.2All pending and future earnings are forfeited (see Section 14);

13.4.2.3You are permanently barred from re-registering on the Platform under any name or identity;

13.4.2.4JobCrexa may report the matter to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

13.5Immediate Account Hold on Suspicion

13.5.1Notwithstanding the tiers above, JobCrexa may at any time — without prior notice — place your account on immediate hold or suspend it outright upon any important compliance concern or reasonable suspicion of a policy violation, irrespective of whether the violation has been confirmed.

13.5.2Such action may be taken based solely on algorithmic detection, partner reporting, community monitoring, or internal assessment and does not require prior warning or formal review.

13.5.3An account placed on hold under this clause will be reviewed as promptly as reasonably practicable. The outcome will determine whether the hold is lifted, converted to a Tier 2 suspension, or escalated to permanent Tier 3 termination.

13.6Inactivity-Based Permanent Suspension

13.6.1As specified in Section 4.5, a Creator who remains continuously inactive in the JobCrexa Creator Community for seven (7) or more consecutive days will face permanent account suspension.

13.6.2Such inactivity-based suspensions are carried out without prior notice and are not subject to the standard Tier 1 or Tier 2 warning process.

13.6.3Inactivity-based suspensions are final and not eligible for appeal.

13.7Right to Appeal

13.7.1For Tier 2 temporary suspensions, you may submit a written appeal to adarshpandey@jobcrexa.com within 7 days of notification.

13.7.2JobCrexa will review appeals in good faith but is not obligated to reverse its decision.

13.7.3Tier 3 permanent suspensions and inactivity-based suspensions are final and not subject to appeal.

14Earnings forfeiture policy

14.1Earnings credited to your account are conditional on your compliance with these Terms throughout the relevant earning period. If your account is suspended or terminated for cause, the following forfeiture rules apply:

14.1.1All earnings associated with the violating activity are forfeited in full, regardless of whether a payout has been processed or is pending;

14.1.2All pending earnings in your account at the time of suspension will be withheld and, upon confirmation of a violation, permanently forfeited;

14.1.3Previously paid amounts will not be clawed back unless they were obtained through fraud or misrepresentation, in which case JobCrexa reserves the right to pursue recovery through appropriate legal means;

14.1.4If your account is suspended during a payout investigation, your payout will remain withheld until the investigation is resolved.

14.2Forfeited earnings are not subject to any claim, refund, or appeal. By accepting these Terms, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to this forfeiture mechanism as a reasonable and proportionate remedy for violations.

15Non-compete & confidentiality obligation

15.1Non-Solicitation & Non-Compete: During your active use of the JobCrexa Platform and for a period of 24 months following the termination or suspension of your creator account (for any reason), you agree not to:

15.1.1Create, develop, co-found, fund, operate, or materially contribute to any platform, product, or service that substantially replicates JobCrexa’s core business model — specifically, enabling content creators, influencers, or social media users to earn money by sharing job listings through performance-based (CPC, CPA, or similar) affiliate or referral links;

15.1.2Solicit, recruit, or induce any other JobCrexa creator, job seeker, or employee to join any competing platform or service;

15.1.3Use JobCrexa’s proprietary operational knowledge, business processes, payout structures, partner relationships, or technical systems to build or support any competing service.

Violation of this clause

Any creator found to be in violation of this non-compete obligation will face: (a) immediate and permanent suspension of their JobCrexa account; (b) complete forfeiture of all pending and credited earnings; (c) permanent ban from re-registering on the Platform. JobCrexa further reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies for breach of this obligation, including injunctive relief and damages.

15.2Confidentiality: You acknowledge that through your use of the Platform, you may become aware of confidential business information including but not limited to: our partner network identities and commercial relationships, payout rates and structures, fraud detection methodologies, internal systems and processes, and business strategy. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party, publish it publicly, or use it for any purpose other than your authorised use of the Platform.

16Platform confidentiality

16.1JobCrexa’s partner network relationships, technical infrastructure, fraud-detection systems, click classification methodology, payout rate structures, and business arrangements with third-party networks are proprietary and commercially sensitive information.

16.2You agree not to:

16.2.1Disclose, publish, post, or share any information about JobCrexa’s partner networks, supplier identities, or commercial arrangements with any third party;

16.2.2Publicly discuss, post, or share internal payout rates, shave percentages, commission structures, or any other operational parameters of the Platform;

16.2.3Share screenshots, exports, or descriptions of internal dashboard data in a manner that reveals confidential operational details;

16.2.4Use any confidential information about the Platform’s business model to advantage a competitor or competing service.

16.3Breach of this clause is treated as a severe violation under Tier 3 of the enforcement policy (Section 13) and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.

17Intellectual property rights

17.1All content, software, trademarks, logos, names, trade dress, and other intellectual property on the JobCrexa Platform are owned by or licensed to JobCrexa and are protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

17.2You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform solely for the purpose of participating as a creator in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any JobCrexa intellectual property without our prior written consent.

17.3The “JobCrexa” name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks (or pending registration). You must not use JobCrexa’s brand elements in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation beyond your authorised participation as a creator, without our express written approval.

17.4Content you create and share (social media posts, videos, etc.) remains your intellectual property. However, by sharing content that references or promotes JobCrexa, you grant JobCrexa a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reference, share, or reproduce such content for promotional purposes.

18Creator content responsibility

18.1You are solely responsible for all content you create, publish, or distribute in connection with your use of the Platform, including social media posts, videos, captions, and descriptions that include your JobCrexa creator link.

18.2You agree that your content will:

18.2.1Be truthful, accurate, and not misleading about the nature of the job opportunity being promoted;

18.2.2Not contain false claims about salaries, job roles, employers, or application outcomes;

18.2.3Not violate any applicable law, including consumer protection, advertising standards, or defamation laws;

18.2.4Not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;

18.2.5Not contain content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or discriminatory;

18.2.6Comply with the terms and community guidelines of the platform on which you publish it (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).

18.3JobCrexa is not responsible for the content you create or any consequences arising from it. You agree to indemnify and hold JobCrexa harmless from any claim, liability, or expense arising from your content or your violation of this section.

19Platform misuse policy

19.1The Platform is provided exclusively for the purpose of enabling you to earn by sharing genuine job opportunities with your audience. Any use of the Platform outside this intended purpose constitutes misuse.

19.2Platform misuse includes but is not limited to:

19.2.1Using creator links for purposes other than sharing job listings with genuine job-seeking audiences;

19.2.2Embedding creator links in spam emails, unsolicited messages, or low-quality content farms;

19.2.3Using the Platform or its data to gain a competitive intelligence advantage;

19.2.4Attempting to access or interfere with other creators’ accounts, data, or earnings;

19.2.5Using the Platform’s job data to build, train, or populate a competing job listing or job aggregation service;

19.2.6Reselling or sublicensing your creator access or unique links to third parties;

19.2.7Making repeated API requests or system calls that place unreasonable load on JobCrexa’s infrastructure;

19.2.8Circumventing any rate limits, security measures, or access controls on the Platform.

19.3Any confirmed instance of platform misuse will result in immediate enforcement action under the Tier 2 or Tier 3 process (Section 13), at JobCrexa’s discretion.

20System integrity & anti-circumvention

20.1You agree not to attempt to circumvent, disable, manipulate, or interfere with any part of JobCrexa’s technical systems, including but not limited to:

20.1.1Click tracking and attribution systems;

20.1.2Fraud detection and classification algorithms;

20.1.3Authentication and access control mechanisms;

20.1.4Payout calculation and crediting systems;

20.1.5Databases, servers, or network infrastructure.

20.2Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, probe, scan, or exploit vulnerabilities in JobCrexa’s systems — whether successful or not — is a material breach of these Terms and constitutes a Tier 3 violation subject to immediate permanent termination and potential criminal liability under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India).

20.3If you discover a genuine security vulnerability in our systems, you agree to report it responsibly to adarshpandey@jobcrexa.com before disclosing it publicly, and in exchange, JobCrexa will review the report in good faith.

21Account suspension & termination

21.1JobCrexa may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

21.1.1Violation of any part of these Terms;

21.1.2Suspected or confirmed fraud;

21.1.3KYC non-completion after a reasonable grace period;

21.1.4Prolonged or community-based inactivity (see Section 4.5);

21.1.5Legal obligation or regulatory requirement; or

21.1.6At our reasonable discretion in the interest of platform integrity.

21.2You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting us at adarshpandey@jobcrexa.com. Upon voluntary account closure, any pending earnings that meet the minimum payout threshold and are not subject to investigation will be processed in the next regular payout cycle.

21.3For the full enforcement and appeal framework, refer to Section 13. For the earnings forfeiture rules that apply upon termination for cause, refer to Section 14.

22Disclaimer of warranties

22.1The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. JobCrexa makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

22.1.1Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;

22.1.2Uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform;

22.1.3Accuracy of earnings estimates or projections; or

22.1.4Guaranteed availability, accuracy, or legitimacy of any job listing.

22.2Job listings are sourced from third-party networks. JobCrexa does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, legitimacy, or outcome of any job listing.

22.3JobCrexa does not guarantee any specific level of earnings, click volumes, or application rates. Your earnings depend entirely on your own audience, content quality, and the organic behaviour of genuine job seekers.

23Limitation of liability

23.1To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JobCrexa, its founders, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

23.1.1Loss of anticipated or actual earnings;

23.1.2Loss of data or business information;
