Role Description The Freelance 3D Artist will work remotely, collaborating closely with the art and production team. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating high-quality 3D models for characters, props, and environments, as well as preparing game-ready assets with clean topology and optimized geometry. The role involves texturing and lighting to achieve visually appealing, production-ready content. The artist will interpret briefs, iterate on feedback from supervisors and clients, and maintain consistent quality across multiple projects and timelines. Additional tasks may include exporting and organizing assets for use in real-time engines and ensuring all work meets studio and client technical standards.
Compensation : Industry standard compensation with monthly bonuses based on artists performance and successful project completion. Qualifications

- Strong 3D Modeling skills for characters, props, and environments.
- Proficiency in Blender/Maya for modeling, layout, and scene management.
- Solid Texturing and Lighting abilities to create polished, production-ready assets.
- Portfolio demonstrating 3d art.

- Understanding of real-time asset optimization, topology, and PBR workflows.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in 3D art, animation, game design, or a related field is an advantage.
