Compensation: Up to ₹50,000 per month , commensurate with the candidate's experience, portfolio quality, technical expertise, and overall interview performance.

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with prior experience in the Healthcare, Wellness, Medical, Pharma, Dental, or HealthTech industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing impactful digital and print creatives and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about branding, digital marketing, and creating visually engaging campaigns that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality creatives for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, advertisements, and print media.
• Develop branding assets including brochures, banners, presentations, flyers, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
• Maintain consistency across all brand communication while adhering to established brand guidelines.
• Create visually compelling graphics that effectively communicate marketing objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proven experience designing creatives for digital marketing, branding, and social media campaigns.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across different design formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Figma will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Industry Background:

Compensation:

The compensation for this role is up to ₹50,000 per month and will be offered based on the candidate's relevant experience, portfolio quality, technical proficiency, domain expertise, and overall interview performance.
