We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive who is confident, driven, and hungry to close deals.

You will be responsible for:

• Generating and following up with leads through consistent daily calling .
• Understanding client requirements and presenting suitable properties.
• Conducting client meetings and site visits .
• Handling negotiations and taking deals from enquiry to closure.
• Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and achieving monthly targets.
• Building lasting relationships with clients and contributing to the growth of the company.

This role is for someone who:

• Has prior experience in property/real estate sales .
• Is confident on the phone and comfortable making regular outbound calls .
• Has strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Is target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Takes ownership rather than waiting for opportunities to come to them.
• Wants to grow with a company and be part of building something bigger .

Important: This is a 100% on-site role in Mohali , with travel required for client meetings and property visits.
