Global Talent Square (A 2COMS Group Company) is looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals to join our recruitment team as Field Recruiters.<br />? Location: Hyderabad.<br />? Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)<br />? Preferred: Male Candidates (Must own a two-wheeler)<br /><b>Key Responsibilities </b><br />Source, screen, and mobilize candidates for various hiring requirements. <br />Visit client locations, dealer networks, and business partners to support recruitment activities.<br />Build strong relationships with ITIs, Polytechnic Colleges, Engineering Colleges, Skill Development Centers, NGOs, and Training Institutes for candidate sourcing.<br />Conduct field recruitment drives, walk-ins, job fairs, and campus hiring activities.<br />Generate candidate references through local networks and community outreach.<br />Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing hiring requirements.<br />Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, document collection, and onboarding activities.<br />Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining recruitment quality.<br />Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.<br /><br /><br /><p></p><p><b>Requirements </b> </p> <p></p>Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).<br />1–6 years of experience in Recruitment, Field Hiring, or Talent Acquisition.<br />Candidates with Gulf recruitment experience will be preferred.<br />Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.<br />Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities.<br />Must own a bike with a valid driving license.<br />Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).<br /><br /><p></p><p><b>Benefits </b> </p> <p></p>Attractive salary with performance incentives.<br />Career growth opportunities. <br />Collaborative and dynamic work environment.<br /><br />
