Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network & Security Engineer to join our core infrastructure team. This is a critical role responsible for the design, implementation, and operational excellence of our enterprise network and security environment. The ideal candidate will be a multi-disciplinary expert capable of managing complex, high-availability systems including software-defined networking, security orchestration, and identity management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Core Connectivity: Oversee IP/MPLS, SRMPLS, SRV6 and MBH networks to ensure scalable, resilient, and efficient traffic forwarding.
• Network Security: Implement and manage security integrations, including DDoS protection solutions and perimeter defense to maintain service availability.
• Secrets & Identity Management: Serve as the primary administrator for HashiCorp Vault (secrets/certificates) and Cisco ISE (AAA policies, RBAC, and secure network access).
• Enterprise Networking: Manage and Optimize Cisco enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, routing/switching stability, and proactive troubleshooting.
• Data Center SDN: Serve as a subject matter expert for Cisco ACI, managing tenants, VRFs, EPGs, contracts, and fabric operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in large-scale enterprise network environments.
• Network Protocols: Deep knowledge of IP/MPLS, SRMPLS, SRV6, MBH, BGP, OSPF, and complex routing architectures.
• Security & Automation: Hands-on experience with DDoS protection/Allot and secure credentials management (HashiCorp Vault).
• Cisco Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Cisco ACI (Fabric architecture) and Cisco ISE (Identity/Access Control).
• Operational Mindset: Proven ability to act as an SME in high-pressure environments with a focus on uptime, security compliance, and infrastructure hardening.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex, cross-functional network issues.
• Perform performance testing and scalability testing of AI/ML product and systems.
