We’re Hiring: Creative Strategist

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 2–5 Years

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and visual thinking.

If you love building campaign ideas, crafting compelling narratives, designing visually strong pitch decks, and creating content that actually cuts through the noise, this role is for you.

What you’ll work on:

• Creative strategy for influencer-led campaigns

• Pitch decks & brand presentations

• Scripts, social copy, blogs & LinkedIn content

• Reel/video ideation for brands and our own channels

• Brainstorming bold, unconventional ideas

• Collaborating closely with creative, influencer & account managers

What we’re looking for:

• 4–5 years in creative strategy/content/brand communication

• Experience in influencer marketing or creative agencies

• Strong storytelling + presentation skills

• Good aesthetic sense and eye for detail

• Comfort with Canva, Google Slides, PPT

• Familiarity with basic editing or design software(bonus if you know Figma/Adobe/CapCut)

Bonus Points If You:

• Stay on top of Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn trends

• Have a strong creative POV and cultural curiosity

• Can take ideas from concept to execution confidently
