Cost Accountant

The Plant Cost & Financial Analyst supports the Plant Controller in delivering accurate, timely and insightful manufacturing finance reporting. The role owns a recurring cadence of weekly and intra-week reports - WIP, inventory transactions, material usage variance, PPV and the plant P&L - and prepares the Analysis of Change (AOC) that explains period-over-period movements in plant performance. The analyst turns transactional data into clear explanations of cost drivers and flags anomalies early so the Controller and Operations leadership can act on them.
