Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager - Mall Operations & Leasing to plan and execute operations of the mall driving leasing activities and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail leasing, tenant management, and commercial operations.

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Monitor overall mall environment and customer experience.

Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract new brands and tenants.

Identify potential retail brands and negotiate leasing agreements.

Maximize occupancy rate and rental revenue.

Handle tenant queries, complaints, and operational issues efficiently.

Support tenants in store openings, promotions, and operational setup.

Coordination in marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.

Propose strategies to increase footfall and enhance customer engagement.

Monitor rental income, recoveries, and operational expenses.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Prepare periodic reports on revenue, and leasing performance.

Strong knowledge of tenant handling, leasing processes, and mall operations.

Requirements:

Master's in Business Administration , Marketing, or relevant field.

3-5 years of experience in mall operations, retail leasing, or commercial property.
