Freelance Content Developer - Mentor Match

Mentor Match, an online tutoring platform, is looking for freelance content developers to create high-quality, curriculum-aligned learning content for students in British. We're hiring subject-wise, so you can apply for the subject and grade band that matches your expertise.

Open Positions (one developer per subject):

• Physics - Grades 6-12 (British)
• Chemistry - Grades 6-12 (British)
• Biology - Grades 6-12 (British)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop lesson content, worksheets, assessments, and practice material aligned to the specific curriculum and grade level
• Adapt content to the standards, terminology, and assessment styles of each board (CBSE, British, American, IB)
• Ensure accuracy, age-appropriateness, and consistency across all deliverables
• Organize and maintain content trackers and deliverables in Excel
• Work closely with the internal team, incorporate feedback, and revise content quickly
• Meet agreed timelines and quality benchmarks consistently

Requirements:

• Strong subject knowledge in the relevant subject and grade band
• Prior experience in content development, teaching, or curriculum design preferred
• Good working knowledge of technology and strong Excel skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Effectively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar large language models) to accelerate content creation, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, curriculum alignment, and educational quality.

Contract & Compensation:

• Month-on-month freelance contract
• Fixed pay: up to 50,000/month
• Variable pay: up to 25,000/month, payable on completion of assigned work within agreed timelines
