Position: Officer / Executive / Assistant Manager - Quality Control (IVD)

Key Responsibilities
Officer / Executive - Quality Control
- Perform QC testing of Rapid Diagnostic Kits, Hematology Reagents, raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
- Conduct testing for products including Malaria, HIV, HBsAg, Syphilis, Dengue, HCV, HIV + Syphilis, Sickle Cell, Ezzefind, and Ovufind.
- Execute accelerated and real-time stability studies as per approved schedules.
- Operate laboratory instruments and maintain equipment usage records.
- Prepare test reports and maintain documentation in compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain laboratory housekeeping and sample retention as per SOPs.
- Support WHO PQ studies and routine laboratory activities.
Assistant Manager - Quality Control
- Lead and supervise QC testing for Rapid Tests, ELISA Kits, Blood Grouping Sera, and Flow-through Assays.
- Review analytical data, QC reports, and ensure timely batch release.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, cGMP, CDSCO, and Good Documentation Practices.
- Lead OOS/OOT investigations, CAPA implementation, and deviation management.
- Oversee calibration, validation, environmental monitoring, and laboratory operations.
- Manage and mentor QC team members through technical training and competency development.
- Collaborate with QA, Production, and R&D for technology transfer, validations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) Industry.
- Hands-on experience with Rapid Diagnostic Kits, ELISA, Blood Grouping Sera, Flow-through Assays, or Immunology products.
- Strong understanding of ISO 13485, GMP, CDSCO, and laboratory documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
