Job Title : Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Job Location: Navi Mumbai

Salary Budget: Upto ₹9 LPA (Basis Last Drawn) + Unlimited Incentives

Shift: Day Shift – 10 AM to 7 PM (1 Rotational Week Off During Weekdays)

*_Job Description:_*

We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and sales-driven professionals to be a part of a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong B2 C sales experience, excellent customer handling skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

*_Role Responsibilities:_*

• Drive sales through direct customer interactions and various sales initiatives.

• Handle prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions.

• Generate business through direct enquiries, leads, and customer references.

• Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate product/project offerings.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless buying experience.

• Negotiate and finalize transactions with prospective clients.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely conversions.

• Develop strong market understanding and stay updated with industry trends.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards overall business growth.

*_Desired Profile:_*

• *PGs Preferred but Graduates with strong B2 C Sales Or Real Estate experience with exceptional English Comms can be considered*

• *2 to 3 years of Hardcore B2 C Sales Experience is MUST*

• Minimum 1 to 2 years stability in each organization is desired

• Candidates from *Central & Navi Mumbai locations only. Western Line candidates will not be considered.*

• *Open to candidates from all industries with strong B2 C sales exposure*.

• *Candidates from Real Estate should have exp with Renowned Developers Only* (NO CP or Mandate Firms)

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Confident, presentable, and target-oriented individuals with a passion for sales.
