HR Generalist

I am currently supporting my client, a professional services business, with their search for a HR generalist to support them for a period of 12 months. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional to make a real impact in a growing business.

In this role you will support with the following:
Being the go-to person for Managers in relation to HR policy and process queries
Coaching through disciplinaries, grievances and investigations
Supporting Managers with recruitment and selection for their teams
Continuous review of HR processes
Delivering training to Managers around HR changes
Supporting the wider HR team with the delivery of project work
Line managing the HR Administrator
Producing reports on HR metrics that will be used to inform decision making
Working with Managers to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Supporting with policy reviews
This is an ideal role for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships with Managers, has strong employment law knowledge and a proactive and solutions focused mindset. xrexnqw If you have previously worked in financial services this would be ideal but if not exposure within another regulated industry would be useful too.
