Job Description
Overseas Reika Pvt. Ltd. — BIS & ISO 9001:2015 certified transformer manufacturer (Kundli, Sonipat) making distribution & power transformers from 16 kVA to 20 MVA. We're expanding our project and EPC business across North India and need a manager who can convert their own network into orders.
What you'll own:
- Sell transformers to EPC contractors, builders/developers, solar & BESS developers, and industrial buyers
- Full cycle: enquiry → techno-commercial offer → negotiation → order → payment follow-up
- Get us empanelled with EPCs, developers, and large private buyers
- Track project pipelines and tenders; coordinate with our works team on costing and delivery
- Weekly reporting on pipeline, conversion, and collections
You bring:
- 4–8+ years selling transformers or allied electrical gear (switchgear, panels, cables) into projects/EPC/utilities
- A live contact book of EPC / builder / developer / consultant decision-makers
- Strong techno-commercial grip (kVA ratings, specs, BOQ reading)
- Willing to travel across NCR / North India
