Business development executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for Ph D i Zone to drive inside sales, generate quality leads, counsel research scholars, and achieve enrollment targets at Elysium Group of Companies, Madurai.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel and convert research scholars and Ph D candidates
Generate quality leads through cold calling, email outreach, and Whats App follow-ups
Understand client research needs and recommend suitable Ph D support services
Follow up with leads and guide them through the enrollment and onboarding process
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
Coordinate with the academic and research team for smooth client servicing
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
Required Skills
Bachelor's / Master's / MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field
1+ year of experience in Inside Sales / BDE / Academic Counselling / BPO / Research Services
Freshers with strong communication skills and research background may also apply
