A well-reputed non-profit, non-governmental humanitarian organization, registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 with the Government of Pakistan, having a signed MoU with the Economic Affairs Division (EAD), Islamabad, and required NOCs from the Home Departments, has been working for the integrated development of rural marginalized communities without any discrimination of race, creed, or religion in Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan since 2004.

This position is offered on a one-year contract basis with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.

Position Requirements

Education and Experience: MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce .

Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial management, budget preparation, financial planning, expenditure monitoring, cash flow management, financial reporting, and analysis. The candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, internal financial controls, audit procedures, statutory compliance, and donor financial requirements. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software is essential, along with the ability to oversee project finances, monitor budget utilization, prepare accurate financial statements and donor reports, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations. Previous experience with NGOs/INGOs or donor-funded development projects will be considered an added advantage.
