Account manager Intern

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager Intern to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of client servicing, design, and website management. You will act as the key coordination point between our web clients and internal developers, while also handling light design and content work, and basic Shopify store management. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats communication, creativity, and hands-on execution and wants exposure to how digital agencies manage client websites end-to-end also help in social media management and content creation. Location: Hybrid (2 days in Office, 3 Days remote) Stipend: ₹7,000/month Duration: 3 months Type: Internship (Full-time) Key Responsibilities Client & Developer Coordination Act as the primary point of contact between web clients and the development team Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs/tasks for developers Track project status, follow up on pending items, and ensure timely delivery Communicate updates, timelines, and roadblocks proactively to clients Design & Content Create simple graphics, banners, and social/marketing creatives using Canva or AI design tools Write basic website and marketing content (product descriptions, banner text, page copy) Ensure all design and content work aligns with client branding guidelines social media management and content creation. Shopify Store Management (Basic Editing) Add and update product listings (title, description, images, pricing, variants) Upload and change homepage/collection banners Set up and edit the navigation menu Create and update policy pages (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, etc.) Perform other basic backend edits as required Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic familiarity with Canva or similar design tools; comfort experimenting with AI design/content tools Interest in e-commerce and website management (Shopify experience is a plus but not mandatory — training will be provided) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client tasks at once Comfortable coordinating between non-technical clients and technical developers Good to Have Prior internship experience in a digital agency or e-commerce setup Basic understanding of Shopify admin panel Familiarity with AI content-writing or image-generation tools What You'll Gain Hands-on experience managing real client accounts end-to-end Practical exposure to Shopify store operations Design and content creation experience using modern AI-assisted tools Direct mentorship from account management and development teams
