Meds Talent is seeking a qualified nursing professional for a Clinical Nurse Manager – Oncology opportunity with a leading cancer care organization in Bethesda, MD.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with oncology experience and a passion for clinical leadership, patient care, and supporting an outpatient oncology team.
Position HighlightsSalary: $100,000–$118,000 annuallySchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMWork-Life Balance: No weekends or holidaysEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeLocation: Bethesda, MD
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily nursing operations and support efficient clinical workflows.Coordinate patient care to promote quality, safety, and positive patient outcomes.Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.Help maintain compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and applicable standards.Support care coordination and communication among providers and the clinical team.Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ongoing staff development.
Required & Preferred QualificationsValid Registered Nurse (RN) license.Prior oncology experience strongly preferred.Outpatient clinical experience preferred.Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification is a plus.Infusion experience is a plus.Previous nursing leadership or management experience is desirable.
