This is a hybrid role with required in-office days on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Position SummaryAs a Contract Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier healthcare professionals. .
Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare rolesSource candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing toolsScreen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managersCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelinesMaintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (Oracle)Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
QualificationsProven experience recruiting in the healthcare industry (nursing, allied health, or corporate health)High level of proficiency with sourcing strategies and sourcing platformsExperience with Oracle or similar ATS preferredStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal xzbcwsv skillsAbility to work independently and manage a full-time workload remotelyMust reside in or near the Greater Cincinnati area
