Bespoke Menswear Sales Consultant

RAJASAB is a bespoke tailoring house in Worli, Mumbai. Every garment we make — suits, sherwanis, jodhpuris, shirts — is cut and stitched in-house for a private clientele. We are hiring a Bespoke Menswear Sales Consultant to run the client side of the house: the person a client sits across from the first visit to the final delivery.

What you will do

• Conduct client consultations at the showroom: understand the occasion, guide fabric and style selection from our mill books, and take complete body measurements with precision

• Place and manage orders end-to-end on the RAJASAB CRM — garments, measurements, styling details, pricing and payment collection

• Coordinate trial fittings: schedule the client, record fitting outcomes and alteration remarks for the workshop, and see corrections through

• Hand over finished garments and close orders, including balance collection

• Work daily with the workshop team (QC and karigars) so every client promise is kept on date

• Maintain client relationships — follow-ups, repeat orders, and referrals are the heart of this house

What you must bring

• 2+ years in bespoke or made-to-measure menswear (tailoring house, luxury menswear retail, or MTM studio) — this is non-negotiable

• Confident, accurate body-measurement skills across shirts, trousers, jackets and ethnic wear

• Polished client manner in English and Hindi; the ability to guide a discerning customer without rushing them

• Comfort using software daily (we run our entire operation on our own CRM — training provided)

• Based in Mumbai and able to work on-site

Role details

• Location: RAJASAB, Atria Mall, Worli, Mumbai (on-site)

• 6-day working week

• Salary: up to ₹75,000 per month, based on experience
