Workday Integration Consultant - Procurement & Production Support

We are currently hiring for a Workday Integration Consultant opportunity with Kastech Software Solutions Group . We are looking for professionals with strong hands-on experience in Workday Integration Development, Workday Studio, Procurement Integrations, and Production Support.

Key Requirements:

• Workday Integration Development: Hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting Workday integrations.
• Workday Studio: Practical Studio development experience is preferred.
• Integration Technologies: Strong knowledge of RaaS, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services/APIs, and integration patterns.
• Procurement Integrations: Experience with PunchOut/cXML integrations and related Workday Procurement scenarios.
• Production Support: Experience in incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, monitoring, failure recovery, and integration reprocessing.
• Operational Ownership: Ability to independently investigate issues, proactively identify failures, communicate with stakeholders/vendors, and drive incidents through resolution.
• Workday Functional Understanding: Good knowledge of Workday Finance, Procurement, HCM, and related business processes, including reports, calculated fields, security considerations, and configuration impacts on integrations.
• Techno-Functional Expertise: Ability to bridge functional requirements and technical integration solutions rather than focusing solely on technical development.
• Independence: Comfortable taking ownership of integration issues, support activities, and end-to-end resolution.
