Recruitment Mantra Hiring Office Manager – Showroom Operations for Satwik Illuminations Pvt. Ltd.

Satwik Illuminations Pvt. Ltd. manufactures LED lighting for indoor, outdoor and industrial use, including customizable lighting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily office and showroom operations.
• Coordinate showroom staff and welcome visitors.
• Track customer enquiries, quotations, orders and pending follow-ups.
• Work with the sales, accounts, administration and operations teams to keep activities on schedule.
• Maintain records, reports, correspondence and other routine documents.
• Ensure the showroom is well presented and has the supplies needed for daily operations.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate matters that require management decisions.

Candidate profile

• Experience in office administration, showroom operations or team coordination is preferred.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using email and spreadsheets and preparing routine reports.
