Curriculum Manager – STEM & Future Skills | STEMMOZ | Maputo, Mozambique

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Curriculum Manager – STEM & Future Skills to lead the design, development, and enhancement of innovative learning programs for STEMMOZ Labs and STEMMOZ Plus. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging, industry-aligned curriculum that prepares learners for emerging technologies and future careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of STEM and future skills curriculum.
• Design structured learning pathways, lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials.
• Develop engaging content for both classroom and digital learning environments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and product teams to ensure curriculum quality and relevance.
• Continuously update learning content to reflect the latest technology trends and industry requirements.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with international education standards and learning outcomes.
• Support trainer onboarding and curriculum implementation across projects.
• Manage curriculum development timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical education.
• Proven experience designing curriculum and learning content.
• Strong knowledge in one or more of the following domains:
• STEM Education
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Robotics
• Programming
• Internet of Things (IoT)
• Electronics
• 3D Design
• Cybersecurity
• Data Science
• Cloud Computing
• Other emerging technologies
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Experience working in the African region will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
