Interior Designer — Hospitality & Resort Spaces
Rangmanch Farms · India
Job Description
Rangmanch Farms is a 20-acre experiential resort and farm-stay destination about 40 minutes from Delhi via the Dwarka Expressway. We've staycation rooms across six categories, 80+ activities, conference facilities, and a fast-growing social events and corporate events business.
We are hiring an Interior Designer to be our in-house design engine (for current and future planned properties) — developing the founder’s design direction into drawings, renders, material boards and built spaces, working daily with various contractors on site.
What you will own
• Design development and GFC drawing packages: layouts, elevations, sections, joinery and panelling details
• 3D visualisation in SketchUp + render engine
• The property’s material library, sampling, and FF&E specification
• Design-intent supervision on site: shop-drawing review, mock-up approvals, snag inspection
• Styling support for events and brand shoots
What we need
• 2–4 years of practical interior design experience with built work — hospitality & F&B strongly preferred
• B.Des / B.Arch / equivalent; AutoCAD at working-drawing level; SketchUp + Enscape/V-Ray/Lumion
• Material and joinery literacy — you can explain how your detail gets built and what it costs
• Hindi and English; willingness to work 6 days a week on-site near Gurugram
• A portfolio — mandatory with the application, including working drawings, not just renders
Compensation: ₹5–7 lakh CTC. The larger compensation is the portfolio: an entire resort, re-designed in-house and refurbished and built in front of you.
