Chartered Accountant

<p>We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in Statutory Audit/Statutory compliance from a Big 4 or leading consulting firm, with prior exposure to manufacturing clients. </p><p>Please note that only candidates with experience handling <strong>Indian manufacturing clients </strong> will be considered; experience limited to <strong>GCC/shared service clients </strong> will not meet the requirement. </p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to transition into an in-house finance role within a fast-growing manufacturing organization. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </p><ul><li>Lead and execute statutory audit engagements for manufacturing clients. </li><li>Review financial statements to ensure compliance with Ind AS, the Companies Act, and applicable accounting standards. </li><li>Evaluate and strengthen Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and identify process improvement opportunities. </li><li>Review balance sheet schedules, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing activities. </li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and regulatory authorities during audit and compliance activities. </li><li>Support financial reporting, accounting policy implementation, and statutory compliance. </li><li>Analyse financial statements and identify key business and financial risks. </li><li>Assist in implementing best practices for finance processes and internal controls. </li><li>Prepare management reports and support finance transformation initiatives. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of audit and compliance requirements. </li> </ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile </strong> </p><ul><li>CA qualification is mandatory. </li><li>3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit. </li><li>Experience with Big 4 firms (EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG) or reputed consulting firms is preferred. </li><li>Must have audited manufacturing clients. </li> </ul>
