We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead product design, standardisation, and innovation for large-scale industrial real estate projects. The role requires strong expertise in master planning, BIM, design management, and delivering high-quality, efficient, and market-leading industrial developments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product design evolution and establish industry-leading design standards.
Develop detailed design specifications, construction methodologies, quality benchmarks, and material standards.
Drive design standardisation, prefabrication, and construction efficiency initiatives.
Manage master planning, design coordination, and timely delivery of construction drawings.
Oversee design programs, consultant coordination, and stakeholder management.
Develop customised industrial and logistics facility design solutions.
Support customer proposals with design layouts, presentations, renders, and BIM models.
Build and maintain BIM capabilities for project delivery and client presentations.
Requirements
12 -15+ years of experience in architecture/design management, preferably in industrial, logistics, or commercial real estate.
Degree in Architecture.
Strong experience in master planning and managing multiple projects.
Advanced proficiency in BIM, Auto CAD, and Revit.
Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and international standards (FM Global experience preferred).
Creative mindset with strong design innovation and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
