Associate Graphic Designer

We're looking for an Associate Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into high-performing creative across digital platforms. You'll own creative execution across three brands, working on integrated campaigns that span social media, paid marketing, websites, presentations, branding, and events. Partnering closely with marketing and content teams, you'll transform ideas into high-performing creative while helping shape visual identities and campaign concepts. You'll also work with modern AI-powered design tools to streamline ideation, production, and creative workflows.

Responsibilities:

● Design creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, websites, and paid campaigns.

● Create campaign concepts and assets for Meta and Google Ads.

● Design presentation decks, sales collateral, and pitch materials.

● Develop website banners, landing page visuals, and UI assets.

● Create LinkedIn carousel decks, branded templates, and thought leadership content.

● Design event branding, print collateral, and experiential marketing assets.

● Produce email creatives for platforms like MoEngage.

● Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to create high-converting creatives.

● Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic, and ChatGPT to accelerate ideation and production.

Skills and Qualities:

● 2–3 years of graphic design experience (agency experience is a strong plus)

● Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

● Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.

● Strong eye for colour, imagery, and visual storytelling.

● Ability to work within and evolve established brand systems.

● Good understanding of digital and print production.

● Awareness of current design trends, particularly in digital-first and EdTech brands.

● Ability to interpret briefs, explore multiple creative directions, communicate design decisions, and iterate based on feedback.

● Experience with Figma, motion design, and AI-powered creative workflows is an added advantage.
