In this role, you'll be responsible for managing blood test bookings, coordinating with clients, doctors, diagnostic partners, and internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-ups for a smooth client experience. We're looking for someone with strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Specifically, this role will involve: </strong> </p><p>● Coordinating and booking blood tests for clients who have opted for diagnostic services. </p><p>● Scheduling appointments and coordinating with diagnostic partners to ensure collection and testing. </p><p>● Acting as the primary point of contact for clients regarding blood test bookings, updates, and follow-ups. </p><p>● Maintaining accurate client records, test reports, and operational tracking data. </p><p>● Coordinating with doctors, laboratories, and internal teams to ensure seamless healthcare services. </p><p>● Following up with clients and diagnostic partners to ensure timely completion of tests and report availability. </p><p>● Monitoring daily operations and maintaining service quality through efficient coordination and documentation </p><p><br /></p><p><strong> Ideal candidate will have: </strong> </p><p>● Excellent communication and client-handling skills with a professional and empathetic approach. </p><p>● Basic knowledge of Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical, or related fields will be preferred. </p><p>● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. </p><p>● Comfortable working with data management, documentation, and maintaining accurate records. </p><p>● Ability to coordinate effectively with diagnostic partners, healthcare professionals, and internal teams. </p><p>● Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset. </p><p>● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong> </p><p>● Graduate (mandatory); candidates from Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biotechnology, Nursing, Pharmacy, DMLT, or related disciplines will be preferred. </p>
