M365connect is building a new mobile dating app and seeks a growth-focused leader to shape product positioning, branding and market launch. You will drive decisions on audiences, messaging and experience before and after launch.

Working closely with founders, you will own marketing strategy, create content across websites, social media, YouTube, Shorts, ads and partnerships, and build AI-powered content pipelines and automations to scale growth.
