About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Music Producer to join our growing kids content team in Bengaluru. If you have a knack for creating joyful, high-quality music that resonates with young children, this role is made for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end music production for kids’ songs, rhymes, and educational tracks
• Compose, arrange, record, mix, and master audio suited for YouTube and digital platforms
• Deliver expressive, clean vocals specifically tailored for preschool audiences
• Incorporate child-friendly instruments like ukulele, xylophone, and glockenspiel in compositions
• Collaborate with writers, illustrators, animators, and editors to bring stories to life musically
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, energy, and style across all music projects
• Maintain high-quality audio standards with platform compatibility (YouTube, Spotify, etc.)

Requirements

• Proven experience in music production, vocal performance, and audio mixing/mastering
• Skilled vocalist comfortable performing in a kids’ music style
• Familiarity with instruments like ukulele and xylophone is preferred
• Proficient in DAWs such as Logic Pro, Ableton Live, or Pro Tools
• Strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and a love for children’s content
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight production timelines

Please Note : Candidates who successfully clear the interview process will be required to complete a 2-day unpaid trial period to assess their music production skills, creativity, audio composition abilities, proficiency with digital audio workstation (DAW) tools, and overall fit for the role.
