Experience

3–5 Years

What You'll Do

• Design social media creatives, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.
• Create packaging, product labels, brochures, catalogs, and in-store branding.
• Design website banners, emailers, and promotional creatives.
• Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to execute campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline touchpoints.
• Edit images, create mockups, and prepare print-ready artwork.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and bring fresh creative ideas.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
• Good understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and print production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
