Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive/Marketing Executive at Pin & Pan Restaurant located in Bhopal. The Guest Relations Executive/Marketing Executive will be contributing towards creating marketing strategies, managing guest relations, building customer loyalty and conducting market research. They will also help the Head Chef in developing menus and planning events that attract new customers, and work with other departments to coordinate marketing efforts. The Guest Relations Executive/Marketing Executive will also analyze data to improve the guest experience and will be responsible for measuring and reporting the success of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields preferred

Preferably 2 years' experience in marketing, customer service, or guest relations

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team

Knowledge about marketing research and data analysis tools and methodology

Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and CRM software

Understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms including ability to take good photographs/videos and creating interesting posts for social media platforms.

Compensation

Salary negotiable based on candidate’s experience and educational background.
