Location Head - Business Human Resources

• Implement human resources strategy and policy in support of Business Objectives.• Recruit employees as and when required.• Monitoring the coordination of monthly rewards and recognition activities.• Monitor and control the BA (Business Associate) employees.• Managing on a wide variety of personnel and human resource issues. • Leading, directing, motivating and developing the Human Resources Team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the site operations.• Co-ordinating the company's comprehensive training programs • Regularly monitor HR expenditure and take the appropriate action to ensure that budgets are not exceeded• Maintain and monitor the company's Personnel database and manage the employee payrolls.• Advise management on issues of underperformance of
