Job Description Position Title Executive - HR Operations Position Summary: The HR Executive will be responsible for HR master data management, HR MIS & reporting, CRM administration, and workforce data governance. The role ensures accurate employee data, timely management reporting, dashboard maintenance, and support for HR analytics, budgeting, and manpower tracking. Job Description: HR Master Data Management Maintain and update employee master data across HR systems. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee records. Manage employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits. Conduct regular data audits and reconciliation activities. HR MIS & Reporting Generate and publish periodic HR MIS reports and dashboards. Track key HR metrics inclu
