Trill Route School of Contemporary Music is hiring a full-time Western Vocal Teacher / Vocal Coach for our faculty team in Bengaluru.

We’re looking for a vocalist who cares about teaching, enjoys meaningful student progress and helping musicians develop over the long term.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teach Western vocals to beginners and advancing students
• Train students in vocal technique, breathing, tone, control, projection and musical expression
• Develop students’ skills in harmony, ear training and musicianship
• Prepare students for recitals, studio recordings and Trinity/RSL grade examinations
• Plan structured lessons and track student progress regularly
• Work with our academic and operations teams to support consistent learning outcomes
• Create an encouraging, engaging and well-managed classroom environment
• Uphold Trill Route’s teaching standards and student-first approach

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proficiency in Western vocal technique and performance
• A sound understanding of Western vocal pedagogy
• Ability to teach harmony, ear training and general musicianship
• Familiarity with Trinity, RSL or similar graded examination syllabi
• Clear communication and an encouraging teaching style
• Reliability, professionalism and commitment to student development
• Willingness to work full-time from our Indiranagar centre
• Prior teaching experience is preferred
