AcadHire is a specialist recruitment firm focused on the education sector. We work with schools and education organisations across India and internationally to identify and place high quality talent across teaching, leadership, counselling, and specialised education roles.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead  to join our growing team.

This is a hands on role. You will manage your own recruitment assignments while also supporting the wider recruitment team and helping build AcadHire's recruitment function.

What you will do

End to end recruitment

• Manage recruitment assignments from understanding the requirement through candidate joining
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and interview candidates
• Assess candidates against client requirements
• Manage candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the process
• Coordinate interviews, offers, documentation, and joining

Client management

• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective search strategies
• Communicate with clients and provide regular updates
• Build strong, long term relationships with schools and education organisations
• Take ownership of assigned mandates and ensure timely delivery

Team support and leadership

• Support and guide Recruitment Consultants and Interns
• Review sourcing and candidate pipelines
• Help train junior team members on recruitment and candidate assessment
• Step in and handle regular Recruitment Consultant responsibilities whenever required
• Contribute to improving AcadHire's recruitment processes, systems, and sourcing strategies

Business growth

• Help build talent pools across key education roles
• Identify opportunities to strengthen AcadHire's recruitment capabilities
• Contribute ideas for expanding our candidate network and recruitment services

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field
• Strong experience in end to end recruitment
• Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment assignments
• Comfortable working with LinkedIn and other digital sourcing platforms
• Strong ownership, organisation, and follow through
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Willingness to be hands on and take responsibility beyond a traditional job description
• Experience in education recruitment, executive search, international recruitment, or school hiring  would be an advantage.
