1. ABOUT WHITE GLOBE
White Globe is a leading multilingual content and language solutions provider, combining deep human expertise with proprietary AI to help global enterprises communicate accurately in every market they operate in. We work across 350+ languages and 1,000+ language pairs, supported by a network of 125,000+ language, culture and content experts operating from 500+ cities under a 24×7 Follow-the-Sun delivery model.
We hold Quintuple ISO certification — ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 13485, ISO 17100 and ISO 18587 — placing White Globe among the elite 1% of language service providers worldwide. To date, we have translated over one billion words for 2,750+ enterprise clients across 60+ industry verticals, including 50+ Fortune 500 companies, and have featured in Slator's Language Service Provider Index for six consecutive years.
Every engagement runs on Lang Tech , our proprietary AI/ML-based CAT and translation management platform, which integrates with leading content management systems, learning management systems, authoring tools and CRM platforms.
2. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
You will be the engine behind our enterprise sales team: researching target accounts, spotting the triggers that create demand, running disciplined multi-channel outreach, qualifying interest, and handing Business Development Managers meetings that are worth their time. You will also be the first responder to inbound enquiries, converting smaller, well-defined requests directly.
The mandate in one line
Find the right companies at the right moment, start credible conversations with the right people, and convert them into qualified meetings and pipeline for White Globe's enterprise sales team.
3. WHAT YOU WILL HELP SELL
White Globe sells six integrated solution lines. You are not expected to be a technical specialist in any of them. Still, you must understand each well enough to recognise a buying trigger, open a relevant conversation and ask good qualifying questions. Solution Line

4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Account Research and Targeting
▪ Build and maintain target account lists for assigned verticals and territories in line with the plans set by the Business Development Managers.
▪ Research target organisations for demand triggers: regulatory deadlines, product launches, export and market-entry announcements, funding rounds, plant openings, leadership changes and RFP notices.
▪ Map the relevant contacts in each account — Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Documentation, Engineering, L&D, Marketing and Procurement — and keep contact data accurate and compliant with DPDP and GDPR requirements.
b) Multi-Channel Outreach
▪ Run structured outreach cadences across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator) to agreed daily and weekly activity standards.
▪ Write personalised, concise outreach that leads with the prospect's problem — a compliance deadline, a launch, a market — rather than a list of our services.
▪ Support account-based campaigns, webinars and industry events run with Marketing, including pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up.
▪ Persist through long, non-linear buying cycles, re-engaging dormant leads and lost opportunities at the right moment.
c) Qualification and Handover
▪ Run first-level discovery to establish need, content types and volumes, languages, timelines, current vendor, decision process and budget signals.
▪ Qualify leads against agreed criteria and book meetings between qualified prospects and the relevant Business Development Manager.
▪ Write clear handover notes so the Business Development Manager walks into the first meeting already informed — who the prospect is, what triggered the conversation and what was learned.
▪ Attend or support early-stage calls where required, and keep the prospect warm between meetings.
d) Inbound Enquiries and Transactional Sales
▪ Respond to inbound enquiries from the website, email, LinkedIn and referrals within the agreed response-time standard.
▪ Scope, quote and close well-defined transactional requests — for example certified translation, short document sets or subtitling — using approved rate cards, in coordination with Project Management.
▪ Identify inbound requests that point to a larger programme opportunity and route them to the Business Development Manager.
e) CRM Discipline and Reporting
▪ Log every account, contact, activity and opportunity in the CRM accurately and on the same day — pipeline hygiene is a non-negotiable performance standard.
▪ Report weekly on activity, conversion rates and pipeline sourced, and share what is and is not working in messaging and targeting.
▪ Feed market and competitor intelligence gathered from prospect conversations back to Sales, Marketing and Leadership.
5. PERSON SPECIFICATION
a) Essential Qualifications
▪ Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, engineering, life sciences or a related discipline.
▪ MBA in Marketing or Business preferred.
b) Essential Experience
▪ 1–4 years of B2B inside sales, lead generation, sales development or business development experience, ideally in a services industry — language services, eLearning, marketing services, IT/ITeS, SaaS or professional services.
▪ A measurable track record against activity and outcome targets — meetings booked, qualified leads generated, pipeline sourced or revenue closed.
▪ Hands-on experience with a CRM and with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or comparable prospecting tools.
c) Skills and Competencies
▪ Written communication. Writes short, specific, error-free emails that busy senior people actually answer.
▪ Telephone confidence. Comfortable cold calling senior stakeholders and handling objections without reading from a script.
▪ Research instinct. Curious enough to find out why a company might need us this quarter, not just that it exists.
▪ Qualification judgement. Knows the difference between a polite conversation and a real opportunity, and is honest about it.
▪ Discipline and resilience. Sustains high activity levels, accepts rejection as part of the job and keeps a clean pipeline.
▪ Learning agility. Picks up a technical and regulatory domain quickly and uses that knowledge in conversations.
▪ Collaboration. Works closely with Business Development Managers, Marketing and Project Management, and makes their work easier.
6. HOW PERFORMANCE WILL BE MEASURED Measure

7. COMPENSATION AND WHAT WE OFFER
▪ Earnings. INR 4.5 to 6 LPA fixed , with a monthly incentive linked to qualified meetings, pipeline sourced and transactional revenue.
▪ Training. Structured onboarding across all six solution lines, the Lang Tech platform and the regulatory drivers behind them — so you can hold a credible conversation from your first month.
▪ Credibility in the market. Quintuple ISO certification, six consecutive years in the Slator LSPI and 50+ Fortune 500 references behind every call you make.
▪ Growth. A clear route into a Business Development Manager role for consistent performers, typically within 18–24 months.
White Globe is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of gender, age, background or ability.
