About Ayka Medical
Ayka Medical is a leading manufacturer of sterilization packaging and monitoring products, supplying hospitals across India. We specialize in CSSD consumables including sterilization reels, pouches, wraps, and chemical indicators. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage our accounting, statutory compliance, and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance :
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime
- Record sales, purchase, bank and journal entries
- Maintain cash and bank records accurately
- Process vendor payments and expense vouchers
- Prepare monthly salary sheets and process payroll
Statutory Compliance:
- Independently handle GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & Annual Return)
- Manage TDS deduction, payment and quarterly filings
- Coordinate ESI & EPF compliances
- Liaise with Chartered Accountants for audits and income tax matters
Banking & Payments :
- Perform bank reconciliation regularly
- Coordinate bank visits and documentation
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues, utility bills and other recurring payments
- Process payments only after management approval
Financial Reporting & Controls :
- Prepare monthly cash flow reports
- Track receivables, payables and payment due dates
- Proactively remind management about upcoming financial obligations
- Report any discrepancies or compliance risks immediately
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience as an independent Accountant or Senior Accountant
- Expert knowledge of Tally Prime (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, ESI & EPF compliance
- Experience in a manufacturing or trading company preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter will be an added advantage)
