About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – LAP Sales to drive Loan Against Property (LAP) business through field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Loan Against Property (LAP) sales through direct field visits and customer acquisition.
• Generate and manage leads through direct sourcing, references, DSAs, connectors, and market visits.
• Handle Prime LAP segment with ticket sizes of ₹1–5 Crores .
• Identify potential customers, understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, documentation, sanction, and disbursement.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and other internal teams for smooth processing.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in LAP / Loan Against Property sales.
• Candidates should currently be involved in field sales / field sourcing activities .
• Experience handling Prime LAP customers with ₹1–5 Crore ticket sizes is preferred.
• Strong understanding of LAP products, customer acquisition, and the lending process.
• Candidates from NBFC / BFSI / Housing Finance backgrounds preferred.
• Branch sales profiles are not preferred ; candidates with strong field-sales experience are required.
• Good communication, negotiation, relationship management, and market networking skills.
