Job Description
We are looking experienced Academic Trainer for a reputed group of schools in Kolkata. Role Description The Academic Trainer for School is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role involves delivering teacher training sessions, workshops, and classroom demonstrations to improve instructional practices and student engagement. The Academic Trainer will support curriculum implementation, mentor teaching staff, and provide feedback on lesson planning and classroom management. Responsibilities include conducting academic assessments, preparing training materials, and collaborating with school leadership to align teaching methods with institutional goals. The role also requires maintaining documentation of training activities and continuously updating training content based on educational best practices.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with teachers, school leaders, and students.
- Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and Education expertise to support academic planning and implementation.
- Candidates should possess Teaching and Training experience in K–12 settings, with the ability to conduct workshops and model effective classroom practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in classroom observation, feedback delivery, and academic assessment to guide instructional improvement.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with private schools and familiarity with contemporary pedagogical approaches and K–12 curricula is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Aligarh, manage multiple training engagements, and adapt to diverse school environments is required.
