Regional Director of Clinic Operations West Coast Region (Based in Albuquerque, NM) | ~$100K DOE ExecuSource is hiring on behalf of a growing outpatient orthopedic and spine practice looking for an experienced Regional Director of Clinic Operations to lead our West Coast clinic locations, based out of Albuquerque, NM! What You'll Do: Lead operations across multiple clinics throughout the West Coast region Coach and develop Clinic Managers and their teams Manage staffing levels and performance/satisfaction metrics Partner with providers and leadership on org-wide goals Ensure compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, quality) Support new clinic openings, acquisitions, and special projects What You Need: Bachelor's degree (Healthcare Admin, Business, Nursing, or related) or equivalent experience 5+ years healthcare operations leadership Multi-site clinic management experience Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills Ability to travel throughout the region Nice to Have: Master's degree (MBA/MHA/MSN) Orthopedic/spine specialty experience EMR experience Pay: ~$100,000/year, based on experience Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Salaried/Exempt #HC123 #LI-BM2
