Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a caring Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. Working under the direction of a licensed PT, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities. You’ll document thoroughly in the EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-focused environment that promotes dignity, safety, and functional independence for geriatric residents.
