Physical Therapist Assistant Lead

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant Lead to guide high-quality, person-centered rehab for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this on-site leadership role, you will provide hands-on treatment, mentor PTAs, coordinate with PTs and interdisciplinary teams, and support evidence-based programs that enhance function, independence, and quality of life. You’ll ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence while fostering a supportive, growth-minded culture rooted in dignity, compassion, and respect for each patient.
