About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for:

• managing end-to-end recruitment
• handling both in-house hiring and client hiring
• working across domestic and APAC hiring requirements

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating processes, and managing hiring workflows efficiently

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle :
• sourcing
• screening
• scheduling interviews
• coordination
• Work on:
• in-house hiring (internal roles)
• client hiring (domestic & APAC markets)
• Source candidates using:
• job portals
• LinkedIn
• other hiring platforms
• Conduct initial screening calls
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
• Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups
• Assist in onboarding and documentation processes

️ Required Skills

MUST HAVE:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment process
• Strong coordination and follow-up ability
• Organized and detail-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience in recruitment / HR (internship or full-time)
• Familiarity with:
• LinkedIn hiring
• job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Basic understanding of IT or corporate roles
• Exposure to international hiring (APAC) is a plus

Compensation

• ₹12,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
