Job Description:.
This role requires excellent communication, sales understanding, and the ability to build
strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective students and explain training programs and career
opportunities.
Handle student inquiries, counseling, and follow-ups to convert leads into
enrollments.
Maintain strong relationships with enrolled students and ensure a positive learning experience.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to admissions and client engagement.
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth course delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and student feedback.
Support marketing and outreach activities when required.
Provide guidance to students regarding certification courses, internships, and career
opportunities.
