Role and Responsibilities
Customer facing role for Café / B2 B clients Can make recommendations post understanding customer's requirement. Extensive coffee knowledge. Field trainer is instrumental in building customer relationships and fostering a positive and friendly learning environment. Conduct barista and coffee training programsPassionate about coffee and willing to continuously learn and upgrade skills
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education – Hotel Management
Overall work experience: 3-5 years
Primary experience - Experienced Barista
Salary- 6-7 LPA
