Location: Ranchi (Jharkhand)
Experience: 7–12 years

CTC: ₹6–10 LPA
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch.) from a recognized institution.
M. Arch. / relevant specialization preferred.
COA registration preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural projects from concept design to execution. Develop design concepts, presentations, working drawings and detailed documentation. Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior and other consultants. Manage and mentor junior architects and design teams. Conduct client presentations and design review meetings. Review GFC/working drawings, specifications and technical submissions. Coordinate with contractors and site teams. Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution-related issues. Ensure quality, timelines and compliance with applicable regulations.Ideal Candidate
Strong design and technical expertise with proven experience in architectural design, detailing, project coordination and site execution. Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, infrastructure or mixed-use projects preferred. Strong leadership, communication and client-management skills required.
