Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager – Business Development
Location: Thane
Experience: 4–8 years | B2B / Solution Sales
We’re looking for a strong business development hunter who can open doors, build relationships from scratch, penetrate new industries, and close high-value enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete new business acquisition cycle — prospecting to closure.
- Develop relationships with Marketing, Brand, Trade Marketing & Category teams .
- Drive business across FMCG, Alcobev, Pharma, FMCD, Auto, BFSI, Fintech, Retail/QSR, D2C and E-commerce.
- Identify and penetrate new industry verticals and market opportunities .
- Understand client challenges and create consultative, customized solutions .
- Develop compelling proposals and pitches with internal strategy teams.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM forecasts.
- Represent the organization at industry events, marketing summits and business forums.
What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of strong B2B Sales / Business Development experience.
- Proven new-logo hunting and deal closure track record.
- Strong solution/concept selling and commercial acumen.
- Experience selling to senior business/marketing stakeholders is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong ownership, entrepreneurial mindset and hunter DNA .
- MBA preferred, but not mandatory for the right track record.
