Salary: $130,000 - 200,000 per year Requirements:

• We typically look for 7+ years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree, or 6 years with a masters degree, or 4 years with a PhD, or equivalent professional experience.
• We value experience with hypervisor environments and networking.
• PowerShell, Ansible, and Python are nice to have.
• We require the ability to work onsite in our Washington, DC or Dallas, Texas office.
• We require a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• We require Security+ certification, or the ability to obtain it within the first 3 months.

• We lead the engineering and deployment of cross-domain solutions that securely move information between classified networks and enclaves.
• We design and assess architectures for high-assurance data transfer, including guards, transfer tools, filtering, auditing, and policy enforcement.
• We support Top Secret network environments by ensuring systems are built, configured, and maintained in line with security policy, mission needs, and accreditation standards.
• We work with ISSM, ISSO, network engineering, and operations teams to support authorization, risk reduction, vulnerability remediation, and continuous monitoring.
• We create and review technical documentation such as system designs, interface control documents, security artifacts, test plans, implementation procedures, and runbooks.
• We diagnose complex cross-domain, network, system, and security issues across classified environments and drive root-cause analysis with lasting fixes.
• We assess emerging technologies, vendor offerings, and mission requirements to recommend secure, scalable, and effective cross-domain architectures.
• We provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, administrators, and mission partners supporting classified infrastructure and secure data exchange.
• We improve reliability, automation, monitoring, documentation, and engineering standards across cross-domain and classified network environments.
• We support system upgrades, technology refreshes, lab validation, integration testing, and production deployments in tightly controlled classified settings.
• We serve as a senior engineering resource for programs that need secure, dependable, and accredited information sharing across sensitive and mission-critical networks.
